The MoU establishes a framework for collaborative training initiatives, including workshops, seminars,
conferences, and forums designed to raise public awareness of legal principles within the creative and
cultural sectors. It also paves the way for joint research, co-authored publications, exchange visits,
and shared access to institutional resources such as books, reports, and academic journals.
Hala Badri emphasised the importance of this partnership in fostering a legally informed creative
community, stating:
“This MoU is a landmark step in raising awareness within the cultural sector and demonstrates our
resolve to exchange best practices and deliver impactful experiences that strengthen proficiency in
regulatory requirements for individuals working in the industry. It also contributes to stimulating
innovation and encouraging investment i
n the knowledge economy.”
HE Judge Dr Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi added:
“This partnership marks a new milestone in the Institute’s journey and supports our efforts to expand
the reach of legal culture and improve the means of spreading it within the community. Our partnership
with Dubai Culture contributes to raising legal knowledge among talented individuals in various
creative fields.”
