The Authority discusses with the Hand Union its strategic

               plan until 2024
































               The General Sports Authority and the Hand Federation discussed the Federation’s strategic

               plan 2020-2024, which is based on several main items, during the visit of Sheikh Suhail bin
               Butti Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Sports Development Sector in the authority, to
               the headquarters of the Handball Federation.

               Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation,
               Nabil Ashour, met with the aim of reviewing the federation’s strategic plan, ways to

               develop the game, and discussing the challenges facing the federation’s work, and the
               appropriate solutions to confront them, in order to ensure raising the level of performance
               of the national teams and achieving more achievements. The meeting discussed the most

               important challenges facing the Union’s work, and ways to find solutions to address them.
               Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum said: “The authority aspires to raise the level of

               coordination with all federations, in line with government directives aimed at enhancing
               cooperation to advance the sports sector and achieve more achievements. We are working

               with the federation to find ways to develop administrative work and strengthen
               governance in the administration, which will ensure further progress in the technical field

               and contribute to the development of the game in cooperation with clubs and federation
               partners.” He continued, “We appreciate the federation’s endeavor to develop future plans
