Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has announced

the launch of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Programme 2025 — a five-

month initiative designed to prepare the next generation of Emirati financial

leaders.

Developed in collaboration with Emirates NBD and ESCP Business School,

the programme trains 29 Emirati professionals for senior finance roles across

Aligning with Dubai’s D33 Agenda

The CFO Programme supports Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda, which aims

to double the city’s economic output by 2033. Training modules focus

on corporate governance, global finance, leadership communication,

and innovation in fiscal management. Graduates are expected to strengthen

the emirate’s long-term financial sustainability and strategic planning

capabilities.
