(DGHR) is showcasing its latest digital and AI-driven innovations in human resources management at GITEX Global 2025.

This event is being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 13th to 17th October. DGHR is participating under the

Digital Dubai umbrella, emphasising its commitment to improving institutional performance and service efficiency across
Dubai’s government sector.

Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR, highlighted the department's dedication to speeding up the

digital transformation of government HR systems. He noted that innovative AI solutions are crucial for enhancing

sustainability, operational efficiency, and service quality. This aligns with Dubai’s vision to become one of the world’s most
future-ready cities through advanced, data-driven HR transformation.
