“This expansion aligns with the Foundation’s strategic vision to connect Arab readers worldwide and reinforce Arabic
as a language of knowledge in global discourse. The Knowledge Lounge supports the sustainability of knowledge and
encourages the growth of creative, knowledge-driven societies.”

Throughout July 2025, the Knowledge Lounge is also conducting an extensive series of events across the United Arab Emirates,
including:
Workshops at the Mohammed bin Rashid Library in Dubai
Literary discussions in Abu Dhabi, Khor Fakkan, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah
Youth-focused sessions in partnership with Al-Naqsh platform and the Dubai International Program for Writing

In collaboration with the Digital Knowledge Center, upcoming sessions will also delve into critical contemporary topics such as digital
transformation and cosmology.
Internationally, a notable session in Australia will explore Soft Power: Volunteer Work and Humanitarian Giving Following Zayed’s
Footsteps, a book by Adel Al Shamry, highlighting the intersection of knowledge and humanitarian action.
As the Knowledge Lounge initiative continues to grow, it serves as a bridge for cultural understanding, uniting communities through
literature and inspiring a new generation of thinkers and readers across the globe.
