The accreditation process incorporates a wide range of global benchmarks
and standards, which were applied in evaluating ADCMC’s resilience and

crisis management capabilities.

This recognition strengthens ADCMC’s ability to respond efficiently to
future challenges, while also enhancing Abu Dhabi’s preparedness for a

range of emergency scenarios.

His Excellency Staff Major General Pilot Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei,
Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police and Chairman of the Emergency,

Crises and Disaster Management Team, emphasized that the accreditation

reflects ADCMC’s commitment to implementing a comprehensive system
for managing emergencies and crises.

Al Mazrouei noted that this achievement aligns with the visionary goals of

Abu Dhabi’s leadership to ensure readiness for any upcoming challenges or
crises.

His Excellency Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of ADCMC,
highlighted the significance of the REAP accreditation in enhancing the
center’s ability to manage critical situations.

Al Nuaimi also emphasized that this achievement positions ADCMC as a
global leader in crisis management, enhancing the trust and confidence of

both the local community and international stakeholders in the center’s
capabilities.

The REAP accreditation from DRI International is a vital benchmark in

assessing an institution’s resilience, demonstrating its ability to effectively
handle crises, emergencies, and disasters.

With this certification, ADCMC strengthens its capacity to respond to a
wide range of events and plays a key role in reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s

position as a globally prepared and resilient city.
