Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of
Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, on Wednesday attended the signing of
a host of performance agreements by directors general of Dubai government
departments that aim to enhance transparency and solidify the highest standards of
government work.
“I have witnessed the signing of a new package of performance agreements by
directors general of Dubai government departments aiming to enhance the principle
of transparency and solidify the highest principles and standards of government work
laid by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,” Sheikh Hamdan
said in a post on his official X account.
“The agreements represent a code of performance for Dubai’s senior leaderships,
underscoring their commitment to the highest standards of transparency and ensuring
the optimal utilisation of resources for public good,” Sheikh Hamdan stressed.
“We have also set specific performance indicators with approved completion rates and
time frames that would contribute to achieving strategic objectives, enhancing
institutional performance and developing conducive work environment to ensure the
best results in line with the highest standards. These performance indicators would
contribute to achieving community happiness and solidifying Dubai’s position as a
preferred place to live in, work and invest. With such commitment and adherence to
these standards and with the efforts of our teams, the future is poised to be even more
beautiful in Dubai,” Sheikh Hamdan added.
