Bhatia General Contracting is set to deliver 1,050 villas in Al Khawaneej 2 district in
May 2025. This project is part of a larger government initiative aimed at providing
high-quality, modern housing for Emirati families and fostering sustainable urban
development in Dubai. Bhatia Group’s commitment to offering a diverse range of
housing options is said to align with its 50-year legacy of enhancing the UAE’s real

The project, which is now in its final phase, plays an important role in the ‘Dubai
2033 Plan’, a strategic initiative aimed at solidifying Dubai’s reputation as one of the

total value of projects executed since 2024 has surpassed US $681mn. Moreover,
the project is an integral part of the historic $18bn housing budget approved by
