Bhatia General Contracting To Hand Over 1,050 Villas In Al Khawaneej 2

As Part Of Major Housing Initiative

Bhatia General Contracting, one of the UAE’s leading construction firms, is set to hand over 1,050 modern villas in the Al Khawaneej 2 district
this month, marking a significant milestone that coincides with the company’s 50th anniversary. The handover is part of a major government-led
initiative to enhance housing options for Emirati families and support sustainable urban growth in line with the ‘Dubai 2033 Plan’.

The AED 2.5 billion project contributes to the larger AED 65 billion housing budget announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which extends through 2040. It is part of an ongoing commitment
to provide quality, future-ready living spaces for Emirati citizens.
