WAADA will be located in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 Legacy District. The development aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban
Master Plan and integrates sustainable urban planning with a focus on livability.

The project will feature a range of residential options, including mansions, mid-rise apartments, townhouses, and skyline residences. Open green spaces, landscaped
lagoons, and community-centric designs are key elements of the plan.

Malik Riaz Hussain, Chairman & Founder of BT Properties, said: “For over 30 years, I have believed that the true measure of success is not what we build, but who we

Malik Riaz Hussain is recognized as one of Pakistan’s most influential business figures due to his pivotal role in transforming the country’s real estate sector.

As the visionary behind Bahria Town, he introduced large-scale, master-planned communities that have redefined urban living standards in cities like Islamabad, Lahore,
and Karachi.

The unveiling was led by Group CEO Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, with the project formally introduced by Development Consultant Mr. Ahmad. The event gathered key
stakeholders, investors, and urban planning experts from across the UAE.
