BT Properties launches its flagship project ‘WAADA,’
master-planned community in Dubai South

Dubai, UAE, 28 May 2025 – BT Properties, one of Asia’s most trusted development
entities, unveiled its flagship development project ‘WAADA,’ a master-planned
community, in the UAE during a landmark launch event held at the Grand Hyatt,
Dubai Healthcare City.

With over 30 years of experience in delivering large-scale, integrated, people-centric
developments across Pakistan, BT Properties is bringing its legacy of trust and
innovation to Dubai. The launch of ‘WAADA’ marks a significant milestone in the
company’s expansion into the UAE market and reflects its commitment to

Situated in Dubai South, minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport and the
Expo 2020 Legacy District, ‘WAADA’ will be an exquisite development that
