Across the board, public parks will be open from 8am until midnight but different
locations and facilities have more variable operational hours.
Specialised parks and recreational facilities in major locations including Zabeel, Al Khor,
Al Mamzar, Al-Safa and Mushrif Park will open at 8am and close at 11pm.
The mountain bike track and mountain walking trail at Mushrif Park will be open
between 6am and 7pm.
For Quranic Park, you’ll have until 10pm to explore with it also opening at 8am while the
Cave of Miracles and Glass House will be open between 9am and 8.30pm.
Dubai Frame, one of the city’s major landmarks, will be open between 9am and 9pm.
At Children’s City, the Dubai Municipality has set opening hours for between 9am and
8pm on week days while Friday and Saturday it’ll be from 2pm until 8pm.
The Dubai Municipality is organising a variety of events during the break with desserts
being handed out and drawing sessions on the first and second days of Eid Al Adha
between 4pm and 7pm.
Live screenings will also be held on the first two days of Eid Al Adha between 3pm and
7pm at Children’s City, so if you’ve got little ones then that sounds like a lovely day out.
