        Hotel establishment revenues in the UAE exceeded $7.1 billion (AED26 billion) in the first half of
        the year as the country’s tourism sector continued its strong momentum, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri,

        minister of Economy and Tourism, said on Tuesday.

        The figure reflects a 6.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to a statement.

        Hotel occupancy rates also remained high at 80.5%, underscoring the sector’s resilience and appeal
        as global travel demand rises.
