October was a busy month for the construction industry. So much so that we barely kept
up with the number of project launch events and groundbreaking ceremonies in the past
week.

As we inch closer to the end of the year, it is clear that there is a buzz in the industry that
reflects ambitious visions and transformations in the region.

This month’s lineup of major projects is both impressive and diverse, showcasing
everything from sustainable residential hubs to expansive commercial developments.

Some of the developers that stood out this month include Binghatti Developers, Modon,
Muraba, DAMAC Properties, Arada, Union Properties, and OMNIYAT, to name a few.
