               Dubai, 18 September 2024 – In a demonstration of cross-sector collaboration, the UAE Ministry
               of Economy and Integra Seven, a leading UAE-based public policy research and consulting firm,
               hosted the UAE Future Talent Policy Roundtable. The event brought together senior
               representatives from pivotal economic sectors and offered an exclusive preview of the upcoming
               UAE Future Tech Talent Report 2024, set for release in October.

               Participants included business leaders and talent experts from prominent organizations such as
               Fragomen, Du, AWS, Coffeee.io, DP World, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dulsco Group, E&, HSBC,
               MCG Talent, Nabta Health, Standard Chartered, and Stripe. Together, they discussed the latest
               trends in tech talent and explored policy-driven strategies to further strengthen the UAE’s position
               in the global market as incubator for skilled professionals.

               H.E. Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Minister in charge of
               Global Talent Attraction and Retention, emphasized the critical role of collaboration between the
               public and private sectors in shaping future-forward policies.

                “Public-private dialogue is at the  core of our  approach to developing our national  economic
               agenda. This roundtable on the subject of talent attraction is part of a series of important
               discussions that support our broader vision of crafting policies that ensure continued growth and
               diversification,  and  advance our ambitions to foster an economy based on knowledge and
               innovation,” he said.

               The roundtable focused on several key policy areas, including the intensifying global competition
               for tech talent. Participants explored the role of the UAE’s national brand in attracting global talent,
               while also recognizing  the importance of refining strategies to ensure sustained access to
               specialized skills that support the UAE's economic ambitions.

               Natalia Sycheva, Managing Director of Integra Seven, highlighted the importance of the insights
               revealed in the upcoming UAE Future Tech Talent Report 2024, which builds on the findings from
