According to WAM, DoxAI utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve document processing,
automate data extraction, and enhance identity verification. By delivering real-time, actionable insights, the company
helps businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and concentrate on strategic initiatives that promote growth.
The integration of DoxAI’s technology into existing business systems minimizes the need for human intervention,
which further optimizes operational efficiency.

Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the Minister of State for Foreign Trade, expressed enthusiasm about DoxAI’s
participation in the NextGen FDI initiative. He noted that DoxAI’s expertise in AI-driven automation is crucial for
supporting the UAE’s digital transformation efforts and bolstering the country’s advanced technology ecosystem. He
emphasized that this partnership aligns with the UAE’s vision of fostering a knowledge-based economy and
strengthens its position as a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Initially, DoxAI plans to set up its regional headquarters in Dubai’s Rolex Tower, with plans to deploy its first 15 units
sourced from Australia and India. The company also aims to expand its footprint in the UAE by forming strategic
partnerships with local universities, including the University of Wollongong, and developing a talent recruitment plan
for the 2025-2026 period.

Giuseppe Porcelli, Founder and Chairman of DoxAI, highlighted the advantages of the UAE as a dynamic and
innovative market. He stated that the country offers unparalleled infrastructure and a business-friendly environment,
making it an ideal location for technology firms. Porcelli remarked that joining the NextGen FDI program is
transformative for DoxAI and that the UAE’s forward-looking approach to AI and innovation allows them to scale their
technology effectively and create new partnerships.

The UAE’s commitment to artificial intelligence is part of its larger vision to enhance digital infrastructure, foster smart
industries, and attract cutting-edge technology companies. By promoting public-private partnerships and supporting
organizations like DoxAI, the UAE reinforces its leadership in emerging technologies that drive economic growth and
diversification. The NextGen FDI initiative, launched in 2022, aims to draw high-growth and high-potential advanced
technology companies to the UAE.
