Qidfa Farming Festival
The second edition of the Qidfa Farming Festival concluded on February 2, 2024, in
Qidfa village, Fujairah.
The festival highlights the rich history of agriculture in the region and celebrates the
vital role of local farmers in cultivating indigenous crops.
This important event for farmers aims to increase agricultural production, create
more economic opportunities, and promote the newly enhanced Qidfa beach to
attract more visitors.
The festival serves as a platform to showcase the region’s agricultural heritage and
encourage sustainable farming practices.
Liwa Ajman Dates and Honey Festival
The 9th edition of the Liwa Ajman Dates and Honey Festival took place from July
24 to 28, 2024, with 56 exhibitors, including palm owners, farmers, beekeepers,
small and medium business owners, and government entities.
