The festival began with a mesmerising performance of " Al Namous" a play written by
Sultan Al Neyadi and directed by Mohammed Al Ameri. The play was presented by the
Sharjah National Theatre, showcasing the incredible talent of some of the country's
most renowned theatre artists.
The play embodies the Emirati desert environment and emphasises the significance of
protecting the land and reputation, hence fostering a life of dignity within society. The
