The World Economic Forum (WEF) will host the second edition of the TradeTech Forum at the AIM
Congress on 8th April 2025. This event will coincide with the ongoing AIM Congress and is expected
to attract over 400 prominent trade leaders and experts. The forum aims to explore how technology
can reshape global trade and investment.

The theme for this year's forum, "TradeTech Transition: Evaluating the Present, Envisioning the
Future," will unite innovators, policymakers, and global leaders. The agenda includes plenary
sessions with industry experts, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to
provide attendees with actionable insights.

Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, highlighted the transformative
potential of technology in global supply chains. He stated that technology can create opportunities
for less developed countries and small enterprises to participate more effectively in global trade
while enhancing security and transparency.
