The new platform will empower UAE companies to capitalize on over 50 strategic economic
partnerships with local African companies and government bodies. The initiative strives to foster

than 100 finance-ready projects across 12 economic sectors.

Boosting expansion prospects for Emirati businesses in African markets

The Ministry explained that the UAE-Africa Gateway initiative will significantly enhance
investment opportunities for UAE companies in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. It will strengthen
dialogue at the private sector level, help explore promising opportunities, and improve cooperation
between UAE and African markets. Ultimately, it will contribute to achieving sustainable
economic growth in the region by connecting companies and investors, facilitating trade missions,
organizing outstanding events, and fostering fruitful economic partnerships.
