International Holding Company (IHC) has appointed Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE
Minister of State for Foreign Trade, as the executive chairman of Rorix Holdings, the newly
formed global trading and trade facilitation company aimed at transforming sectors such as
trade finance, consulting, commodities exchange, and trade insurance.
Dr Al Zeyoudi, who has played a key role in driving the UAE’s economic diversification and
innovation strategies, said: “Our mission is to accelerate trade volumes, attract foreign
