Fairmont Residences Solara Tower announced for Downtown Dubai | Time Out Dubai
A crea on from Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and SOL proper es, the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is set to
hit the Dubai skyline in 2027.

Announcing this week that construc on has begun, the 55-storey tower will be nestled into Downtown Dubai,
looking on to not only Burj Khalifa but the Dubai Fountain show too.

The premium development has only just been unveiled, but it’s already clear that the building will be packed
with luxury. According to Fairmont and SOL, the plans have been designed specifically so residents feel a
resort-like experience at home.

The Fairmont Residences Solara Tower will be the only residen al building in Downtown Dubai to offer private
swimming pools in selected apartments, as well as some incredible ameni es.

Giving a flavour of what it will be like inside, developers shared that the skyscraper will boast everything from
gourmet restaurants to fitness centres, spas and wellness centres once completed.

Speaking about the latest addi on to the Dubai skyline, Jeff Tisdall, Chief Business Officer, Accor One Living,
