Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has partnered with UAE developer SOL Proper es to launch a premium residen al
development, the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai, in Downtown Dubai. The project is scheduled for
comple on by Q3 of 2027.

The project

Fairmont Solara Tower will be the only residen al tower providing a private swimming pool in selected apartments, as
per the hospitality company. It will also offer residence owners the access to Fairmont’s wide range of integrated
ameni es, which include restaurants, fitness centres, spas and wellness centres, offering a resort-like experience.

“Fairmont Solara Tower project combines Fairmont’s distinguished brand standards in
luxury hospitality with SOL Properties’ vast expertise in luxury real estate to establish
new benchmarks in urban living,” the company says. “The development will include
