Fairmont, Sol Properties to build residential tower in Downtown Dubai

The new project, Fairmont Residences Solara Tower, is a 55-storey premium housing complex
currently under construc on and slated for comple on by Q3 2027.

The development will offer residents stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain,

combining Fairmont’s renowned luxury hospitality standards with Sol Proper es’ exper se in
