Dubai: Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) with

the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR)

have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The

relationship covers several topics, such as training, specialized

studies, and research.

Its main goals are to promote institutional communication
channels, community service projects, and the sharing and

improvement of information and skills. Moreover, the

partnership aims to create a legal structure that describes the

protocols for collaboration between the two organizations in the

field of human resource development.
