Abdulaziz AlJaziri, DFF’s Deputy CEO, and Dr. Qing Liu, NICE’s

director, signed the MoU at the SuperBridge Summit 2024 in Dubai.
The agreement will focus on knowledge transfer, talent

development, and expanding mutual market access.
