Dubai announced Wednesday a project for the development of the world's largest logistics hub for

food, with a special focus on the trade of fruits and vegetables.

Dubai-based port operator DP World has been tasked with the management, operation, and

development of the project, the UAE's state-run Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported
Wednesday, citing the Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.
