Abu Dhabi: HE Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy, met with HE Laziz
Kudratov, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade, to strengthen economic
ties and collaboration across various developmental sectors.
The discussions covered areas such as the new economy, tourism, entrepreneurship, small
and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), FinTech, innovation, transportation, renewable
energy, logistics services, and agriculture.

HE Bin Touq emphasized the UAE-Uzbekistan partnership as a thriving model of economic
collaboration built on shared interests and future perspectives. He underlined the strategic
relations and productive cooperation between the two countries, which continue to yield
mutual benefits across diverse sectors.
Highlighting Uzbekistan’s potential as a key partner in Central Asia, HE Bin Touq stated that,
“The latest meeting with the Uzbek delegation demonstrates our shared commitment to
enhancing partnerships in advanced and sustainable economic sectors.”
