Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Chairman of The Executive
Council of Dubai, and President of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU),
His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE
Olympic Committee, attended the graduation ceremony of the 15th cohort of learners at
HBMSU.

The ceremony, which was also attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan,
Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, honoured 251 graduates from PhD,
Master's, and Bachelor's programmes in the university’s College of E-Learning, College of
