On this occasion, Mattar Al Tayer said, "Driven by the forward-looking vision of
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime
Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, and the continuous guidance and supervision of H.H.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai,
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Chairman of The Executive Council
of Dubai, and President of the University, HBMSU is geared towards empowering
the next generation of innovators and creative minds. By embracing innovation as a
methodology and lifelong learning as a culture, the University aims to provide
learners with the tools necessary to build on their achievements and meet future
challenges, strengthening HBMSU's standing as a beacon of academic excellence."

"I also take this opportunity to congratulate all our distinguished graduates and hope
to see them prosper in their future careers, where they can make a significant impact
in their respective fields and contribute to the UAE's sustainable development
journey," he added.

Dr. Mansoor Al Awar emphasised that HBMSU is dedicated to providing a
distinctive smart learning environment and creating a system that equips future
generations with the skills and knowledge necessary to shape the future and
promote sustainable growth.

Al Awar commended the graduates of the 15th cohort, highlighting the University's
mission to reengineer higher education and shape its future. The graduation
ceremony further reinforces HBMSU's position as a leading institution in smart
education and reflects its ongoing contributions to enhancing the quality of
