Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi discussed the UAE's approach to future readiness through sector
flexibility and innovation. She said: "The UAE adopts an integrated approach to shaping the future,
based on enhancing the flexibility and readiness of various sectors." The initiative supports start-
ups in fields like space, cybersecurity, sustainability, and smart mobility since its inception in 2023.
The Future100 initiative continues to build partnerships with government bodies, innovation funds,
tech firms, banks, business accelerators, and venture capitalists. Notable partners include Majra
National Fund for Social Responsibility and Dubai Future District Fund. These collaborations
enhance start-ups' access to investment networks and opportunities for digital transformation.
The Minister of State for Government Development and the Future congratulated selected start-ups
for 2024. She expressed gratitude to 38 private sector partners for their crucial role in the initiative's
success. The partnerships provide unprecedented incentives and facilities that aid start-ups in
reaching new markets.

the leadership’s directions and visions." It aims to boost future sectors' development while
positioning the UAE as a hub for creativity and innovation.
The initiative also plays a key role in achieving "We the Emirates 2031" vision goals by fostering a

industries while supporting national efforts towards economic transformation.
