has acquired an equity stake in BioD Technology FZCO. This strategic partnership aims to bolster
the UAE’s standing in the global green economy, underscoring both companies’ commitment to
environmental sustainability and innovation in the energy sector.
BioD Technology FZCO, the largest biodiesel manufacturer in the UAE and the GCC, is known for
its cutting-edge work in converting used cooking oils (UCO) and palm oil mill effluent (POME)
into clean biodiesel. As the operator of the only second-generation biodiesel plant in the GCC
