7X, formerly Emirates Post Group, in collaboration with the Fujairah Government Media Office, has issued
a postage stamp to celebrate the 50th anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al
Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, assuming power in the emirate.

Abdullah Mohammed Al Ashram, CEO of SevenX, said that the 50th anniversary of His Highness Sheikh
Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, assuming power in
the emirate represents an important milestone in a journey full of achievements that contributed to
strengthening the position of the UAE and during which the Emirate of Fujairah became a model to be
emulated in the path of comprehensive development.

He added, “We are issuing this commemorative stamp to document the renaissance and development
witnessed by the Emirate of Fujairah, and we extend our congratulations and blessings to His Highness,
wishing the Emirate further development and prosperity under his wise leadership.”

The stamp design features a picture of His Highness between the past and the present in front of
landmarks of the Emirate of Fujairah, as a reminder of the history of the emirate and highlighting His
Highness’s achievements over the past fifty years and the prosperity and civilization that the emirate has
achieved.
