Throughout her career, Alshamsi has not only advanced her own professional path, but
has also made it a priority to lift others as she climbed. “One key achievement in my
career has been mentoring other women and helping to create more inclusive

environments. This has been incredibly fulfilling to me as a woman contributing to the
growth of others,” she shared. Her commitment to mentoring has played a significant

role in fostering a more inclusive industry where women can thrive and contribute to
the sector’s success.

Balancing a demanding career with personal responsibilities is a challenge many
working mothers face, and Alshamsi is no exception. However, she has successfully

navigated these challenges, using her experiences to set an example for others. “As a
working mother, I have been able to show my children the value of perseverance and

dedication by efficiently balancing work and family life,” Alshamsi said, underscoring
