The German safety-automation solutions provider, HIMA Group, has made a strategic move towards global

expansion by acquiring Origo Solutions, a Norwegian technology company specializing in safety and

automation systems. This acquisition, with the agreement signed on January 8 and made effective on January
31, is expected to bolster the growth strategies of both companies while enriching their offerings in the

process industry and the realm of renewable energies. The focus here is on the digitalization of functional
