The new service, already available at selected locations, features pre-defined
packaging and transparent pricing based on weight and destination, eliminating

common barriers to global shipping for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small
businesses.

“This collaboration with DHL marks another major step in transforming our branches

into dynamic service hubs that serve the needs of a rapidly evolving customer base,”
Emirates Post said in a statement.

A leading logistics hub

The move aligns with Emirates Post’s broader efforts to position itself as a central

player in the UAE’s growing trade and e-commerce ecosystem. By integrating DHL’s
global infrastructure with Emirates Post’s nationwide footprint, the initiative supports the

country’s ambition to become a leading logistics and digital economy hub.

The launch follows a similar collaboration announced earlier this year with FedEx, as
Emirates Post continues to modernize its branch network, expand customer services,

and strengthen international trade connectivity. The company has also invested in a
new customs clearance facility in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) as part

of this transformation strategy.
