Dubai [UAE], August 30 (ANI/WAM): Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al

Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, congratulated the inaugural cohort of scholars

chosen for the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme. He emphasized that

the initiative reflects the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to invest

in people for sustainable development.

During an orientation at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan commended

the Emirati students selected for the 2024-25 academic year. He stated, 'Today marks

the start of a new journey for exceptional students pursuing higher education at world-

renowned universities. Driven by ambition, Dubai nurtures exceptional talent.'

He further noted that aligning with Dubai's bold vision, the students would contribute

significantly to the emirate's growth. The event also celebrated 40 top high school

graduates and the 2024 Ruler's Court Higher Education Scholarship cohort. The

scholars, selected through a rigorous evaluation, will attend prestigious universities both

in the UAE and abroad.
