Decision-Making Authority

The Steering Committee holds decision-making authority on disputes between regulatory bodies if consensual solutions

aren't reached. If necessary, unresolved issues can be referred to The Executive Council of Dubai for further action.

Monitoring progress on transferring commercial control tasks is another responsibility. The committee will issue directives
to address any obstacles that may arise during implementation stages.

Cooperation from Government Entities

The resolution mandates full cooperation from all government entities in Dubai, including those in special development

zones like the Dubai International Financial Centre. They must provide requested data, information, statistics, documents,

and studies within specified timeframes.

The Chairman of the Steering Committee will issue necessary decisions to implement this resolution's provisions

effectively. This ensures that all tasks are carried out efficiently according to applicable legislation in the emirate.
