Mogadishu (SONNA) — The Minister of Communications and Technology of the Federal Government of
Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Aden Moallim (Soomaali), has officially signed all agreements and amendments
adopted at the 28th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress held in Dubai.

The move affirms Somalia’s full commitment to implementing international postal conventions, in line with the
government’s strategy to modernize postal and courier services, boost trade, expand e-commerce, and
