RTA announces ’15 Years on Track’ Dubai Metro anniversary

Key initiatives include the issuance of limited edition postage stamps by Emirates Post and
the launch of a Special Edition nol Card by the RTA, featuring the campaign’s logo and a

design by LEGO Middle East.

Al Jaber Gallery will offer Metro-themed souvenirs for the occasion.

LEGOLAND Dubai will host a celebration on September 21, 2024 for ‘Metro Babies’ –
children born between 9 September 2009 and the same date in 2023. Parents can register

their children through the RTA’s website.

IGLOO plans to sell 5,000 limited edition ice creams shaped like the Dubai Metro, with
hidden codes on the sticks offering winners nol Terhaal discount cards.

From September 21 to 27, Metro stations will host musical performances as part of the

4 Dubai Metro Music Festival, organised by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Dubai
Government’s Media Office.
