        The Going Digital Awards aim to recognize how engineers, constructors, and owner-operators are
        revolutionizing both project delivery and asset performance—leveraging technologies such

        as digital twins, AI, GIS-BIM integration, and real-time 3D modeling.




            “We are inspired by the ways infrastructure professionals continue to deliver better,

            more resilient infrastructure, despite so many global challenges,” said Chris

            Bradshaw, Bentley’s Chief Sustainability and Education Officer. “This year’s finalists

            demonstrate the tangible impact advances in AI, digital twins, and more are having

            in driving greater productivity and resilience.”





        Among the standout finalists:



              Bridges and Tunnels: SENER’s Salvador-Ilha de Itaparica Bridge in Brazil, and Pennoni’s I-95
              Penn’s Landing CAP Project in the US.

              Construction: ACCIONA’s M80 Ring Road Completion in Australia, and Italferr’s digital

              monitoring systems in Italy.

              Energy Production: Baosteel’s intelligent steel plant in China, and Indonesia’s PT Wijaya Karya’s

              sustainable RDF waste-to-energy project.

              Rail and Transit: The UK’s Network Rail for Severn Tunnel digital upgrades and Indonesia’s Kereta
              Api Indonesia’s Smart Infrastructure initiative.


              Water and Wastewater: Colombia’s EPM for optimizing Medellín’s aqueduct network and
              Indonesia’s WTJJ for transforming regional water supply through SPAM Jatiluhur I.




        The awards culminate in a live presentation of finalists’ projects at Bentley’s Year in
        Infrastructure conference in Amsterdam, where winners will be announced on 16 October 2025.



        This global forum attracts infrastructure leaders and stakeholders to explore emerging trends and
        share innovations shaping the future of construction, urban planning, and energy resilience. The event

        underscores Bentley’s vision of a smarter, more connected infrastructure world, powered by sustainable
        and data-centric solutions.



        The 2025 awards build upon Bentley’s continued mission to support digital advancement and
