ECI Champions Skilled Talent As Catalyst For UAE’s Export Growth And

Economic Diversification

Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI), the UAE’s federal export credit company, has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering skilled human capital as a strategic
driver of the nation's export growth, economic diversification, and long-term sustainability. ECI emphasized that attracting and retaining top-tier
professionals—both Emirati and global—is crucial to advancing the country’s non-oil trade ambitions and supporting the UAE’s broader economic
transformation.

Speaking on the role of human resources in national development, Her Excellency Raja Al Mazrouei, CEO of ECI, highlighted the UAE’s forward-looking
approach to talent development:
