Annabelle succeeds Tim Lyle, who has stepped down from the position after serving the company for
over 18 years in various key roles.

Fugro, a global geo-data company, has announced the appointment of Annabelle Vos as the Group
Director for the Middle East and India regions, effective January 1, 2025.

In her new role, Annabelle succeeds Tim Lyle, who stepped down from the position for personal
reasons. Annabelle joined Fugro in 2016 as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and
became a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before joining Fugro, she worked as a Private
Practitioner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for nearly 11 years.
