SOL Properties, the premier real estate development arm of the Bhatia Group, has
launched SOL Luxe, a landmark AED 2.2 billion ($599 million) mixed-use
development in Dubai. Rising 280 metres across 62 floors, the project is set to
become one of the tallest freehold towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, offering an
opportunity for freehold ownership.

Luxury Residences and Prime Offices

SOL Luxe combines premium residences, Grade A office spaces, and curated F&B
retail outlets. The rooftop features an infinity-edge pool with panoramic views of the
Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, redefining luxury living and working on Dubai’s most
prestigious boulevard.

Its location places residents within walking distance of the DIFC Metro Station, close
to offices, schools, hospitals, and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from Dubai
International Airport. The development is projected to generate an 8–9 per cent
return on investment, the developer said.
