SOL Properties launches AED 2.2 billion landmark mixed-use development, SOL LUXE, on Sheikh Zayed Road
The project is expected to be handed over in Q4 2028.
UAE, 22 September 2025: SOL Properties, the premier real estate development arm of the Bhatia Group, launched
SOL LUXE, a landmark AED 2.2 billion mixed-use development. Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road and
soaring 280 metres across 62 floors, the project is set to become one of the tallest freehold towers on the road,
