SOL Properties, the real estate development arm of the Bhatia
Group, has unveiled SOL LUXE, a landmark Dh2.2 billion
mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road. Scheduled

for handover in Q4 2028, the 280-metre-tall, 62-floor tower is
set to become one of the tallest freehold developments along
Dubai’s premier boulevard, blending luxury living, Grade A
offices, and curated retail offerings.
