SOL Properties,

the real estate arm of the Bhatia Group, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s
luxury portfolio, have unveiled an extraordinary 20,000-square-foot triplex sky mansion

in Downtown Dubai.

Positioned atop the under-construction Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai, this

penthouse epitomises grandeur, with completion expected in Q4 2027.
