The UAE is improving its regulatory framework for family businesses to

promote sustainable growth and economic competitiveness. The Ministry

of Economy and Tourism issued the first comprehensive legislation,
Federal Decree No. (37) of 2022, aiming to ensure business continuity,

diversification, and expansion into advanced sectors.
