The Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Centre - Abu Dhabi (ADCMC), in collaboration with the

TRENDS Research and Advisory, released a comprehensive research report emphasising the significance of
adopting strategies that enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities among government
employees. The report, titled ‘Enhancing the Culture of Emergency, Crises, and Disaster Management for

Government Personnel,’ highlights the need for innovative strategies to boost the efficacy of response plans
and improve the overall emergency management capability.
