awareness on health-focused living.

The wellness real estate market is set to witness a remarkable growth, with projections indicating a market value of USD 2.034 billion by 2034, growing at a
compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 14.8 per cent from 2024 to 2034.
Apart from reflecting a change in consumer priorities, this growth signifies a strategic alignment with the UAE’s Vision 2030 and global sustainability
agendas, where health and sustainability are becoming foundation of urban development.
